ahahahah There are soooo many people with virtual machines and different IPs getting banned, including me. you are so proficient in your knowledge SIRE! I tip my hat off to you!

Didn't say it doesn't stop you from getting banned, It stops account's getting linked up via manual investigation, back in the prime days of wow botting it wasn't uncommon to see 20 client's wiped out on the same computer and IP/MAC address ect, it's the same with diablo, of course this is obsolete to banwaves. I just loved how you think 100 account's means you're more susceptible to bad luck than 1, I'm not sure where that came from, you run the same amount of risk regardless, the trick is not to get investigated from one to another, you obviously don't know that though.

Having the same IP or even HWID will not get you banned. The only "chain bans" is when money is sent between accounts in a way they can see that it's for purchase.

I have to disagree, there was an old thread I believe back in 2010 or so if you remember it that doesn't exist anymore made by bossland explaining how they investigate and ban you, I always thought he was wrong until it started happening to me, they definitely do manual investigation regardless of even if your characters traded or not, that's the way it was in wow and after my 6/6 got wiped out in diablo It's definitely that way in diablo too.
