oh shit let me think, well im pretty sure i self leveled my self past 10 with my friend, then i broke off and i started using Bliiks horde 1-60, it was kind of move from this spot to this spot and kill anything in the middle, so i tried 1-60 modified, didnt see much of a difference, the main thing that got me through a lot of levels was Hawker's undead 1-50:
http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread.php?6387-Questing-Undead-1-50&highlight=1-50+undead : by the way i was level 20 something when i started using it, :It got me to about level 40 something when it kinda died out on me, so i found a neutral 40-60 profile that took me to tanaris where my guy grinded until the magical number of 51 where i have AV'ed nonstop for must be more than 4 days now, in my first night alone i got 9 levels, and this continued until now, i have also been able to purchase the chest, legs, shoulders, headpiece, and hands of the furious gladiator set for paladins, Another thing is that i had to keep buying water for my paladin because i couldn't get Convalesce to work, and the default paladin CC insisted on using Blessing of Might and Seal of Righteousness instead of Blessing of wisdom and seal of wisdom making Mana a serious problem, until i hit above level 40 where i specced into a talent where my judgement's would give me about 30% of my base mana back which made leveling a lot easier.
