Best one I found is BrodiesPlugin. This offers a few different options for other factions also. If like I would highly recommend getting the full version.

Thunder Isle farming mobs can get you exalted in like 30 minutes.

Brodies plugin is the best i hjave used also, just download the plugin and run it with singular routine right now that works and it should be no issue.

Get Templar, set it in a heavily populated area with MOB that give BP rep. Then punch go, after a small setup of course. No profiles and random pathing. Templar looks like another player. It will attack other players if in a PVP realm.
