Scrollbar Empty

Hey I am trying to help my friend get honorbuddy working. He is new and I have tried everything I could think of to fix his problem, but I cannot get his scroll bar fixed. He is able to do everything and when he trys to set which bot he wants he has nothing on his scroll bar.
