Screen Resizing

On PC monitors the "Settings" and "My Pokemon" screens are a good size. However, when I open them on my MS Surface (undocked), they open very small every single time (see attached). Could the screens either remember how I resized them, or open a little more size friendly?

This isn't such a big deal for the "Settings" screen, but if you want to do any operation with the "My Pokemon" screen it closes every time and gets quite tedious resizing every single time.
