Screen freezing when in combat

When i get into combat my frame rate drops and it freezes the screen. Like its lagging out then goes to normal then lags again. I Downloaded CLU and it did nothing. Have wow at low settings, only needed processes running via task manager, direct 9, wow 32, ran in admin mode. Im useing the latest HB in Questbot, kicks profiles, microsoft 4 .net, all windows updates to comp. Anything else i can try?

I have the exact same problem.

set the wow process to a higher priority than normal (windows task manager)

Same problem here. It's not so bad but sometimes it's really annoying
