Screen freezes every now and then for a second then continues

While HB is attached to WoW, Bot runs fine, no errors or anything, but i noticed it freezing for a second every little while like every 5 seconds, what could be causing it? am i the only one with this problem? Windows 7 64 bit.

Same error for all today,

--> Client 32bit wow UBER LAG
--> Client 64bit wow uber fps (like 300) normally

Yesterday i use wow 32bit with no freeze, but today unplayable.. My ram is fine..

Can i fix it ?
