Right now the bot is being worked on, which is taking up a lot of man hours. Most, if not all, of the staff are working on fixing the bot for the 6.0.2 patch and trying to also get it ready for when WoD launches in November. There's only one guy, that I know of, that works on the store side. He's admitted, outright, that he's slow at responding to tickets and emails. Just give it time. You'll hear back from someone. It usually takes between 24-72 hours to hear back from someone if they don't respond immediately.

This site is not a scam. It's one of the most widely used WoW bots on the market, and also the safest as well. Have some patience grasshoppa.
