Scammed out of 160000 gold from a site read once need help!

So I was scammed last night by some guy from a msn name on a site that is online 24/7 I sold him 160k but he told me he would send payment via paypal and never did he then removed me from MSN and bam never heard from him again his name was [email protected] from a site that seemed ok. I googled sell wow gold and it was one of the first ones like wow-sellgold dot com or something like that... How do I sell again and avoid getting scammed? I lost the account too :/ it was just a mule account tho
 
You are screwed.
Never go by the one that pays most.
I have been scammed on 100k once.
 
Yea I was quick to jump he offered 1.0 per k looked at his MSN had 3 Freaking friends the other buyer said he would match him at 1.0 also shoulda went with him he had like 500 friends n much more activity on msn but he was busy when I needed to sell fast
 
sorry to hijack a thread. but i woundering how do u transfer gold to people without getting hammered. im interested in starting a gold farming buisness
 
Does he resell the gold? If so, consider buying the gold back from him using a CC and then disputing the charges stating you never received the merchandise.
 
ive been selling mine for quite some time at gold2sell.org ... i talk a lot to that guy on skype whenever i wanna sell gold i ask him on skype .. never got scammed yet
 
yea sell-wowgold dot com and its affiliates like sell-wowgold dot org scams people, i just got scammed of 500k so yea but im leaving wow anyways so i can take the loss. but i do want people to know this site scams people and never deal with them

Thanks god I've got private buyers. You can try to sell game time via Recruit a Friend :) Some website doing it and it's really great ;)

Sorry but next time use common sense.
 
You need to know something about paypal, make sure you have a Business account and other features added on or 90% of the time people will Charge back on you within 24 hours.
Paypal always favors the charge backers. Do some research on sites before you sell. ;/ and if its thru MSN or something 90% they are not from USA and will scam you.

then he should get the money first then give them the gold normal if you go to a website order gold you need to pay also first befor you get gold i would never give the gold first befor payment

Someone said this already... And I agree with you totally.
 
My question is where do these gold buying sites sell their gold to. Since they don't sell gold on their actual site.
 
They may sell it themselves via other websites... but keep them seperate so when they rip someone off, that person can't rip them back off by buying and disputing the transaction... Sucks that ppl can lose so much gold AND the account... ;(
 
If you are going to sell gold off your accounts, make more gold than it would take to pay for the account and all invested time cards 2x or more, then sell it all within a few hours, set it up with your usual buyers, make sure they pay first, trade it all. Wait for the ban.\
You don't want to do this, and sell gold to your private buyers at the same time. They Will Get A Ban Also! Don't do it!
Only do this when selling to websites.
