Says I have mail but wont show up level 1???

Ok so I started another account to mail my items I gather on my server ran right to stormwind and all my mail was sent and it says I have unread mail but when I go to the mail box nothing is there?? Its a regular account digital copy purchased from blizzard....

Type "/reload ui" in chat without the qoutes, remember you have to wait 1 hour till your mail arrives to your other account.

Unless you created the second account using an RaF invite, mail takes an hour to go from one account to another. The mail indicator probably means its 'inbound', but you'll need to wait for 60mins for it to actually arrive.

if it's been more than 60 mins, sometimes if you're on a trial, it doesn't work properly (or used the trial free 7 days and then upgraded immediately after)

Yea in account management it says I have a current account.... active n all but I think i started with a trial and upgraded opened a ticket....

I had this problem too. Opened a ticket with a GM and they said sometimes it can take upto 3 days for you to beable to see the mail

If you just finished upgrading your account from trial, or bought the game at battlenet, you might need to wait between 24-72 hours in order to do anything out of questing and selling things to vendors. Im sure you dont even get AH... I dont think mail either til that initialization time expires. If you have it, you cant see it.
