saving settings while bot running

hi bot keeps comming up with the message error in white writting with this.

"Error trying to save the settings file: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open."

keeps resettings all the settings

nothing in the logs about it at all

try a new Hb installation from scratch

i have done the new install still says the same thing

are you logged as admin on your machine?

yes logged as admin and set both programs to run as admin

Seems to me alot of people have suffered or are suffering this same problem/error and there has never been a soultion yet. looking back in previous posts

well something is accessing the file while its trying to save updates to it, so make sure the settings folder isnt set to READ ONLY, if your running multiple copies of honorbuddy out of the same folder, consider making separate installations per session you intend to run at a time. if your still getting it after that consider temporarily disabling your anti-virus to make sure its not trying to scan the file after it writes to it, as sometimes that can be the case.

thanks code for your reply, i have done everything you said, and it still seems to be the same thing happening. cant seem to figure out the cause of this problem causing it to reset every time
