hello Tony, I am Gioq8 brother.. no he dont have any non-english letter on his username. he got his username randomly, I bought the HB for him and he got an e-mail with the username and password with letters and numbers as a username. he didnt choose the username by himself

ok,on the non working pc
make sure that you are logged as admin
also create a new folder on your desktop and name it "Meshes" and set the correct path on Hb settings in order to use that new folder as the mesh folder
