Safe to transfer a botted char?

I recently got back into WoW and botting, I Scroll of Rez'd an account I had and botted the char up to 85 over the last 2 days. Do you think it will be safe to transfer the char to an account on the same B.net account? Or should I wait for a while? Thanks.

Scroll of res account BNET2

I used the SOR on BNET 2 and I botted my char from 80 to 90 ...

Do you think it is safe for me to xfer my character from BNET2 to BNET1 or they can follow the character and ban my main account ?
