Is it safe to run my honorbuddy dummy account injected with another process of my official wow account in the back ground as well?

Or would that also be flagged...

yes, it should be safe as they should only detect honorbuddy on the account / process that the bot is injected into. (in theory) (if the bot was to ever be software detected)
