Is it safe to report people while running HB?

The guy was being extremely rude. I'm not going into details but it went too far. It's not like I noticed someone botting and reported them.

I mean, you can report him if you'd like to but you have to realize a couple of things:
1.) Chances are, 1 report on the guy isn't going to do anything no matter how heinous of a personal attack it was.
2.) You take a serious risk drawing attention to yourself with GMs. If you were going to report someone while using HB, I would make sure you were using nothing more than combat or lazyraider. Even then, I would turn it off completely until the report has been settled.

Other than that, I would just ignore it and unless you know the guy/gal irl, let it be.
