Safe bot running times

Hey guys, i have been reading heaps of threads and have taken the advice to bot as human as possible but my question is if i am botting 2 accounts from the same IP/computer should i only bot both characters for lets say an 8-10 hour period or is it safe in blizzards eyes to bott each individually for 8-10 hours??

any advice will be great.
 
Just mere speculation that botting more than 16h/day is more dangerous. However there are plenty of people here doing 24h without bans yet.

On the other hand, many people botting less than 16h have been banned as well.

It is important to keep in mind that certain play style and botting behaviours are MUCH MORE DANGEROUS than long hours. For example, short games and gold transfers. You ever wonder why blue disabled 'gold drop on ground' function? If you constantly transfer gold and items from 1 acc to another it's pretty much guaranteed you'll get banned eventually. So it's pretty much up to you how many hours you wanna bot. A lot of people go 24h because they can usually profit a lot before get banned and then start new accounts.

experimenting is good, ill try 24\7 on only 1 wm with *** in the future and see how it goes:cool:
 
I want to have a legit as possible botting account, I rushed it through to inferno as quickly as I could.. Took me 18 hours.. Now I am going back and doing all the bits I've missed, Doesn't take long, and it'll look fairly legit. That said, If you've rushed it through and getting all low level quests and things done it may look odd.. I guess they'll get you when they get you in the end..

If I make any more accounts, I'll just have someone quest for me, all the way through to Inferno.. and then start botting again. The more legit it looks, the less likely you'll be banned I honestly think.

All upon that, I bot as if it were human, selective time frames, breaks in between, sleep patterns, work patterns. After losing my first botting account due to 24/7 running, I think this will stand more of a chance.
 
For over a month now i have been botting with 4 accounts doing a rotation between them, never have more than 1 bot running. They run from 4 up to 16 hours and they are all very geared(40-50 min/run)
I am using RMAH on 2 of them, and i also play those 2 characters manually pretty often either with friends or solo, i chat on general/whispers and so on, i try to make them look as human as possible.
I always transfer the cash/items through friends to the rmah chars.

I`m probably way too paranoid :D

I pattern my bots after an unemployed persona.
 
I'll just send a picture of a table full of meth if I were banned.
 
i think those who rund 24\7 have their own script... In those must be harder to find the patterns!
 
I do believe that 24/7 will get you banned sooner than banning 8-10 hours... its just retarded to not have auto system to flag people that are more than 22/7 online. It is not humanly possible, and you can not say my friend/brother/sister/dog is playing while i sleep, because account sharing is banable (i tried to lie with that). Its jut logical to have such a system as they have a system for gold trading, game spamming and so on.

To be honest game spamming deserves a separate paragraph, the longer the profile the better. If you make more than 30 games every hour for hours, it screams bot. Not allot of people can do the same thing every 2 min for hours.

To be honest i am more worried about those bans when people start 8 new chars to level at the same time and they are banned after 10 hours. Any idea why is that happening?
 
It depends on what kind of botting you are doing, for example if your on gatherbuddy safe time for you from 8 to 12 this way i have been going on 5 accounts bgbuddy should be the same grinding 90% from the time you start it you will get caught anything els luck, but questing 24/7 with out any problem quested 100 char without any nothing.

Btw each single bg i enter 90% of the player arw botes
 
I have been botting for 2 months. For the first 2 weeks I ran 1 bot 12 hours a day in order to get gear to gear up more bots. After those 2 weeks I purchased 4 more accounts. Now I have 5 accounts that I run with my sleep schedule. I run 2 during the day while I am using my computer so that I can still use it. Then at night I run 3 bots while I am sleeping. My bots hours always change a little because I rarely get up / go to sleep at the same time every day. However, if my computer could run more than 3 bots at a time before hitting 90%+ CPU usage (I run each bot in its own vmware machine). Then I would run as many bots as I could 24/7 because it seems like the better way to go about it.
 
Guys I'm botting on my main acc 10-14 hours a day and thing about to start on another acc the rest amount of time, like if there are 2 ppl playing turn by turn on the same pc. What do you think about safety in such case?

Lol why do run each bot in a vmware machine
 
24/7 doesnt get you banned , its just pussies lf excuses not to bot 24/7 claiming it get you banned
