Hello

I am so sorry I cannot speak english well cuz I am a Korean.

I paid the money for ur bot(1 year license) by paypal 1hrs ago but I didnt receive the key from u.

Could u help me for resolving this problem plz?

Hey mate, if your using hotmail then check the "junk folder" I found my key there
 
If you haven't recieved the key and it has gone over 15 minutes then it's time to contact an administrator
 
They just haven't answered it yet :), just be patience and wait for them to come/ answer

Ryftomate e-mail me that my e-mail never was used for an payment on gate2shop payment page lol
So I sent the e-mail again attached my pay information file and disputed on paypal.
I hope he will solve this problem as soon as possible. This makes me so confused.

But in ur last response e-mail u said "Then i am deleting you that key. I do not get your problem. You just got a key from me ...... "

Can anyone explain what this means plz?

This means they cannot solve my problem?

Why would you dispute on paypal instead of simply waiting for assistance? This is a small company and only Bossland can help you out with keys.
 
I am so sorry if it was my mistake but some administrator sent e-mail to me saying "[email protected] never was used for an payment on gate2shop payment page". then What i have to do? I was waiting for 6hrs but never solved my problem.
 
Anyway I am feel so sorry makes u troubles. But I hope administraor can help me
