Russian version + english loot rules

Does anyone have this?

Currently im using Giles or Ghost's Lootrules by converting game into english.

Will they also work if I run english normal version?

I am trying it right now, and so far it seems to pick up items of the approperiate Ilvl's.

Though not sure on the keep/sell/salvage part...

EDIT:
Hmm it just salvaged like 75% of my inventory then sold the other 25% and stashed mats correctly..
Though I wonder does it look at the keep stats... since they are different language..? or what

Zavis lololol I know! that's not what im asking m8. Im trying to run the game without that, Since I run a re-logger which won't restart WPE- pro for me. (yet atleast)

They are workink as intended in rules
EXEPT PLANS FOR BS AND JEWEL.. this thing is doomed and I'am totally out of mind how to fix this
 
Hmm so all item rules work like they should except for BS /jewel??? Are you 100% sure?

If I use ghostie or Giles loot rules it will do all things correctly? (cept bs/jewel)

If it is just BS and jewel we could find russian names for BS/jewel and add them?
