Webmoney minimum transaction is 10 euro if i recall correct, maybe you should try different payment method, or contact administration.

Минимальная покупка за вебмани 10 евро вроде, тут уже про это спрашивали, попробуй другой метод оплаты, или напиши в сапорт, думаю помогут.
