I got a very similar problem like this or maybe it is the problem. I wrote a farming profile using lots of Runto's
Sometimes (maybe every 30th to 100th point) the bot stops about 1-2 yards before reaching the location point and stucks there. (With goal: Moving to 100,100,20 / char is at 101,100,20)
When i click somewhere in the map the bot walks to the correct point after. I found out its not possible to click to the destination point if its very close (within 3-4 yards) so im not able to bring the char manually to there. it looks like Click to move got some minrange like 3-4 yards and this is the reason the bot doesnt move there i guess.
Maybe somebody got an idea how to solve this because unstuck doesnt work somehow
