running two versions of Reaper of Souls on same PC at same time

I have one set of diablo 3 and the expansion pack Reaper of Souls (ros). I would like to get another ROS. I there a way to two run reaper of souls off the original diablo 3 that I already own, or must I buy a second Diablo 3 program also to get the second ROS to run? I want to be able to run 2 instances of ROS at the same time on the same PC.

you need 2 licenses if you wanna bot 2 different accs

Just like tony said, you must buy another copy of Diablo 3 using another email address. I would suggest g2a to get it unless Diablo has a cheaper copy. Now once you purchase another copie(s), I would either get isboxer or use r-yar. Once you have those set up, you must buy a db license for each copy of d3 that you want to run. I hope this helps
