Running 2 instances of the game 1 demonbuddy

Hey guys, I need your help. Let's say I have 2 blizz/diablo accounts (which I managed to get running at the same time in the same pc simultaneously) and 1 demonbuddy. One of the accounts I don't really care if gets banned but the other one yes. I wanted to know if is there any sort of aventage to be taken from demonbuddy on my main account without risking it to a ban. Remember that I can still have two instances of the game open and one of them with demonbuddy.
At this point I tried joining the side-account game and doing rifts but being afk my main does not follow the other, it get disconnected (and therefore can't get the drops or even the xp). I can't trade items because of the stupid "account bound". So there is that.
Alright my question is if I can get any sort of aventage with demonbuddy in my main account without risking it. Maybe multiboxing?
I don't know, I'd really appreciate your help.

from our experience only the involved acc gets penalty if caught

You can play with your bot and use the "drop legendary items in town" setting. It's kind of frustrating to slow down so the bot can keep up, though. It's fine for self-boosting.
