Rumfort at the gates + Bags full

Hi,

Today i update one of my clients to the newest version.

I notice that the toon was doing wretch mothers quest to level and when bags were full, it will spam teleport non-stop (this is a special zone that "belong" to tristam but yet the bot would teleport instead of run for town-runs)

In .284 version, timeout would occur, now it just stand there spamming portal

you can't TP right outside new tristam, until you cross the bridge.

here is where town-run will screw up. DB will spam TP but will not run back to town
