what is the best way to farm it im trying to get it for seasons but so far no luck any help would be loved :))
 
Same for me. Act 1 I believe.. My DH has collected over 2 dozen of them.
 
Which difficulty did you farm at? Did you use the zerg or regular act 1 profile? Thanks. I need to find a trifecta ring to use with my Taskers.
 
I tell ya the RNG gods are not working for me this season,

I have 20 or so on my HC account- have been farming for 72 hours now for 1 ring- have picked up over 9 sets of skeleton king shoulders- Not a single ring yet :(

Currently after perfect roll one on my main....been farming T4 (so i still get good drops + exp but the clear is still quite fast) for almost a month.
Couple days I have got 2, however at the moment I'm going through a patch of 3 days where I have yet to see one...RNG is RNG XD

Oh I farm the ring on Tournament 2 generally if I can clear act one in under 8 mins, If not I farm on normal.

I don't know what the percentages are but there is a diferance for act 2.

Example.

2% chance for RROG- from Normal to T1
3.5% chance for RROG from T1-T6.
 
Finally got a RROG too, however it dropped without smart loot, dex, vit, IAS, and loh. I am only planning to play Crusader this season... :( guess its better than none at all.

Just had a look on the official Diablo Forums, There is nothing about upping the leg drop rate in bounties- They have just removed some bounties from the pool.
 
I think you missed this.

General:
The drop rate for bounty-specific Legendaries has been drastically increased and scales based on game difficulty (9/3)
 
tbh for 8 h botting i just get 3x this ring . 2 i saw when i came and 3th just pop up 5 min ago from cube O.O . gl hf looking for mage fists and cinder coat now ;p

Yeah drop rates been pretty good...been farming on t4 been seeing a lot of em 1 every few hrs
