Is there a way to use just the Combat Routines without using a profile? I would like to be able to do something like TuanHA CR with Lazyraider. Is that even possible with BuddyWing?

Yes, combat files are included in the CC packages (at least Pure has it)

Wait I thought the profile is what levels your character by grinding or questing? How are you even supposed to start the bot without loading a profile?

You still have to load a profile, Cryo was just talking about the Combat Bot file that comes packed with Pure. It's essentially a blank profile, so you can run the rotation while you control movement and targeting. It's good for OPs or FPs (or general questing with you at the keyboard).
