Routines not working

So far every druid routine ive come across, KittyFeral and HazzDruid have disappointed me. One I have refunded, the other, I refuse to, until it is appropriated correctly by the writers themselves. The last update's were done months ago and quite frankly, TO NOT pre-update PURCHASABLE content is a sham, and you should NOT be given privilege of payment, without doing what every other human being does, and that, is working for it... Simply, I just want to know why this out-dated content costs anything at all.
