Routine for Tanking

Hey guys, just quick question; which routine would you guys suggest for tanking? Be it endgame content and everything before? Any class is fine...

Magitek works ok for a paladin I've had to modify the skill priorty a little but that's mainy due to class changes ect..

I haven't tried any others but I'm sure there are more...

Tanking is relatively simple in ff14-arr

For end game, it's always going to rely on your poping the right CDs during a raid encounter..

Just have the CDs on your hot bar and pop as required for each fight

Hey Thecamel, would you mind posting the edited PLD version you use?
 
How about for healing? I tried using Magitek but can't seem to get it set up correctly.
