Routine for Tanking

Hey guys, just quick question; which routine would you guys suggest for tanking? Be it endgame content and everything before? Any class is fine...

Magitek works ok for a paladin I've had to modify the skill priorty a little but that's mainy due to class changes ect..

I haven't tried any others but I'm sure there are more...

Tanking is relatively simple in ff14-arr

For end game, it's always going to rely on your poping the right CDs during a raid encounter..

Just have the CDs on your hot bar and pop as required for each fight
