Rogue pickpocketing farming routine for dwarven dice, troll dice and the other dice.

They are toy pieces that sell for 20k+ and can be obtained only via pickpocket in northrend and cata in certain locations. Is there a current profile for this if not, can it be created ? Seems like a great opportunity to make 10-20k+ an hour.
