Rogue not using skills after stealth [kick quest leveler]

So I just got HB and set it up to level a rogue with the quest profile [kick] that came with it. It was working fine but now it is a few levels in and using stealth. There is nothing on the stealth action bar (I added a skill to see if it would help). But it just autoattacks and never uses skills from stealth and after coming out of stealth. Not sure what could be wrong.

(If admin's look at emails I only use my purchase email for things like that. Forum email is different)

Try to change CC (Custom Class)
