Rogue heal out of combat.

Im using the general rogue custom class, as my health gets below 46% and as soon as it kills a mob it casts the drink button too fast. so it actually tries to drink while in combat.
Just wondering if there is a way of changing the timer on which it does this because after it casts it once it just stands there.
