I've been having a lot of luck lately using the guide above to load a particular loot table and then gamble the item I'm after with Kadala. I think it's worth noting that if you are botting and just can't find that legendary or set item you are after, well, you probably loaded your loot table with such an infinitely small probability of finding it, it may never drop.

P.S. If you are one of these "HUURR DURR RNG RNG!" folks - despite all of the bug fixes and postings from Blizz on this matter - please *do* post in this thread so I can have a laugh.

so how does this work, if i want a Mara’s Kaleidoscope i should join a lvl 60s game and buy amulets off the npc?

Ok, read the thread.... Now how do I get my Witching hour? ;)

level an alt, to the item level that the item drops on - use battle.net armoury - get your alt to maybe 2 levels about it, then use your alt to gamble/buy from kadala

surely the item will be lowlvl then.. dont you need to join the game with ur main? or atleast a lvl 70? so it gets the high lvl item?

Yes, you'll be gambling with your main, and obviously it will need to join the game of a lower lvl character to test this theory. So, get a second account or a friend.

According to that theory loot tables are created everytime you open a new game. 99% of the botting profiles recreate games pretty often, most of them even every minute or so.
So the loot you get is completely random, spread over every possible loot table there might be. Ergo, it doesnt affect botters at all...

Unless you're running a rift profile that doesn't leave game and remakes in the same game.

would seem to be a compelling reason to remake every rift in a new game

Sigh...

It's been a while and no one can still claim 100% true or 100% false on this "theory", and possibly WON'T be able to until someone goes absolutely out of their way to farm the same game for HOURS (14+) on end.

At first it was said... 1-5 items are in your loot table per slot... that got rejected pretty quickly as soon as someone got 6... than 7 different items in 1 slot...But the kicker is... how many slots have more than 7 items in them?

I've personally "attempted" this for a 4 hour sitting... I ended up getting 6 different offhand sources from kadala in a lvl 34 game....this is not a way to exploit anything, the variables are already to great plain and simple.

I've done the test and here's result.

The 'seed/loot table' theory is correct. I've gotten 3 eye of etchi, 2 jeram, 3 stolen promise in 15 rifts.

Kadala does NOT follow the game's loot table. I've gotten Chantodo orb and Andy (min lvl=60) in the same lvl34 game which's supposed to load with 31ish items only.

TLDR Kadala can give you anything, regardless room level.

I'd really just like to figure out how to do the following:
-Farm Caches efficiently
-Farm Bloodshards fast and quick
-Get 2 Unity Rings

That's pretty much it. I'm not sure how you guys are farming bloodshards so quickly when the public profiles for bounties literally spend hours and only get me 41 bloodshards. The last one i did I sat and watched as it would circle back exploring areas it had already explored. Just have not found a decent profile whatsoever for bounty/rifting/bloodsharding.

That having been said, do you spam Normal, T1, or max Torment for your toon difficulty games when doing bounties/bloodshard farming??

caches just go normal adventure mode play with hand it is really fast, unless u got 2 teammates sit in town does nothing quit and remake the blizz kick button still dont work most of time i donno. Bot bounties profiles currently get about 4 caches per hour mainly due to stupid path finding running around like monkey back and forward.
Bloodshards not really important if u got profile like siege camp runner if u got no gear or ghom/kulle if u do that can get u 2+ legendary as long as u set it correctly.
2 unity ring same like the previous ones since drop is just RNG just do camp runner or boss kill till u find em.

bot does stuff like boss killing even better than human if set correctly but when it come to exploration it is still awful so just play with hand if u want those

I don't think they said Kadala can only give you room level legendaries, infact they said only the mobs abide by that.

your loot table can contain legendaries that the mobs in your game are too low level to drop (you could have full loot table of ilvl70 legendaries at lvl 30 and get no drops..but then kadala would give them ones)

She will abide by your loot table but they won't always be ones that show up in your low level drops.

(I'm not stating this as factual..just what I interpreted from what I read, I haven't tried, proven nor disproven this theory)

Isn't most of the good items lvl 70 loot table? IE -The witching hour ... Mirrorball and so on?

No, Mirrorball is level 31 (34) and Witching Hour level 60 (63).

Point is though, the guy that posted this is full of shit. He doesn't have incredible gear of any of his TEN wizards, he doesn't have great gear on a single one, he doesn't have a single Wand of Woh and if he could truly get as many Witching Hours as it goddamn pleases him why doesn't he have it on all chars?

Nothing about his Wizards proves anything about his ability to get multiples of the truly rare items. And while mirrorballs aren't the most common you still get one on avg every 3000 Shards off Kadala.

I have noticed getting the same drops over and over in a single game ... this has happened a few times. I would think the guy that posted it would have top notch gear ... You could be right Hellcom

Yeah, but that could be anything. I've especially noticed SoJ waves myself, one day where suddenly everyone is getting multiple SoJ's then a week almost without hearing of a drop. Aka DAILY loot tables.

That would make a lot more sense anyhow because it would allow Blizzard to maintain low drop chances over time while at the same time near guaranteeing that players that play actively over time and on a regular basis will have a fair chance of recieving all items that player needs.

might be rng, but i got my mara's after 400 shards!

I call bullshit on the whole idea, but everybody is free to believe what he wants.
Mostly because i cant find a single reason why Blizzard would want this. I cant imagine how they would benefit from making their already existing random loot algorithm less random by adding this on top of it.
Plus it was/is a lot more work to implement this loot tables and to maintain them every time they add a new item.

Try to farm T1 rifts for a bit. You will get a lot of Bloodshards to spend.
