i think the whole "kk" trend is European. Its actually correct, so who cares?

It's just retarded... one more key stroke = "mil" ... one less key stroke is "m".

200mil, 200m, 200kk... Mil looks correct, "m" looks like meters to me, and kk looks like someone saying "200, kk (okay?)"
