[PAID] Righteous

Just did a LFR Imp run to test (relauched both game and HB), and FPS was fine now... weird, will keep an eye on it and report when I have more tests done. With logs if needed.
 
Just as an FYI to people, I've gotten 95%+ on warcraftlogs tanking the first 3 bosses of Heroic BRF with this.

After looking through your log, there's a few things that stand out.

  • You still have group settings enabled.(Righteous tried to cast Lay on Hands and Hand of Protection on different people)
  • You still have Hammer of Justice enabled while fighting a boss that can't be stunned and doesn't have adds to be stunned either. Disable this setting, it is eating GCD's that could be used for more dps.
  • You tried to change the TPS settings while the bot was still running. This can cause issues. Please make sure to stop the bot before you change TPS settings.

Please address the above issues and see if you get better results. Also, if you have any more problems, please upload a FULL log file along with the Settings file that Righteous saves in it's folder. If you're using Ret Spec, the file will be named RetributionSettings.xml, for Prot, the file will be named ProtectionSettings.xml. The settings file can be found in your Honorbuddy installation folder under Routines -> Righteous.

Let us know if there's anything else we can do.

A few feature requests:

1. Toggle for auto attacking mobs not in combat with us yet. Possibly with a range slider.
2. Toggle to interrupt all spells instead of just spells from the list.
3. Retribution should use unglyphed exorcism if at range with a target and judgment is already on cooldown.

Edit: seems like #3 is mostly caused by #1. It won't use exorcism on a ranged target that I'm not in combat with yet, so it's working the same as judgment. For questing and farming it would be nice to be able to auto attack anything i target, and auto target anything near me (toggleable of course)

Copying the start of the Log File that I posted and posting it to the top of your log file and re-submitting it only tells me that you are probably not running a legit copy of either HB or of Righteous. You have been reported. Please do not ask for further support.

I did not copy/pasted your log into mine, I just changed personal details in the log in order not to display any personal information. Neither did I used the same data as before, as this log was generated last night.

Furthermore, I've been a legit Honorbuddy owner for probably a lot longer than you can imagine, as well as a valid owner of your routine.

I am deeply disappointed in the way you are treating me, and would very much like for us to get this sorted so I can trust you as the promising developer I initially thought you were, and you can see me for the valuable customer that I am again.

If I cannot verify the log you upload, the procedure we take is to report the post. If you alter your logs before uploading them, you run this risk.

If you want support, upload an unaltered log file from when you were having the issue along with your settings file. Until this is done, there's nothing we can do to help.
 
For some reason, the bot doesn't detect the hands on Kromog. Doing him heroic, and I have to manually kill the hands. Not that big of an issue, just annoying :)

Disclaimer: I still changed my name (C:\Users\etc...) because it shows my full first and last name, which (for obvious reasons) I can't have public. If _only_ this name change fucks up your log analysis let me know, and we'll work something out.

I attached my settings as well.

Details: Blackrock Foundry, Gruul HC, 18 man raid.
Before starting bot: 50-60 FPS
After starting bot, but before combat: 40-50 FPS
After combat starts: 4-9 FPS

I can confirm it doesn't attack the hands on Kromag. Tuan just released a fix for this. I think it has something to do with it not attacking when in a vehicle, but I'm not totally sure.
 
HB-1872: Targetting does not work if mounted

Yes, it thinks you are on a mount, it is a known bug. Does his fix work for it? I've already done the raid this week.

Yep.. having the same issue. Not isolated to just that boss however. Happens with any Iron Horde based NPCs

We need to compile a list of all the Blackrock Foundry spells. Some bosses have spells that can wipe you if they aren't interrupted.

Gruul: Nothing
Oregorger: Boss casts Blackrock Barrage (156879)
Beastlord Darmac: Nothing
The Blast Furnace: Adds (Firecaller) cast: Cauterize Wounds (155186)
Hans'gar and Franzok: Nothing
Kromag: Nothing
Operator Thogar: Adds (Grom'kar Firemender) cast: Cauterizing Bolt (160140)
Maiden: Haven't done yet
Blackhand: Haven't done yet


Once I do the other 2 bosses I will update this post if there is anything that we need to interrupt.

Again, it would be really awesome to just have an "interrupt anything that's interruptable" option in the UI for when we are progressing beyond whats been pre-defined.

Thank you for the complete log and settings. I will be PMing you a settings file for you to try and use to see if it helps.


The issues with lag that are going on seem to be a core HB issue. I will be doing some testing with a Beta Version of HB tomorrow night and will let you guys know if the lag issues will be fixed in the next HB release.

We are aware of the Kromag issue and I can confirm that HB does think you are mounted at that point which is why the CR stops attacking. I'm working on a fix for this, but I have to actually get to the boss with my raid group in order to test it.

We have been working on an overhaul of the GUI for Righteous(Specifically moving to WPF instead of WinForms), but have run into an issue that HB does not currently support hosting WPF Controls in a WinForm app.
Part of that overhaul will be the ability to add your own interrupts so that you don't have to wait for us to do it for you.


Until HB supports WPF and we can implement our GUI overhaul, we will continue with how we have it now.


Let me quote myself as a reminder of what we need to be able to add an interrupt to the list.

I use it for protection when I experienced this, not sure if it matters.

I was actually able to do some testing last night with the latest HB version and I can confirm that the FPS drops will be entirely gone in the next HB release. (I'm running a new GeForce 980 and I was raiding at about 150fps last night using Righteous)

We have not updated the Rotation yet and will need to figure out exactly what will be changing with the 2pc/4pc and how that effects each of the talent builds.
