In the latest patch the rift terminal now requires you to actually place in a rift keystone unless another player opens the rift first. However, the bot seems to magically open the rift with out having the keystones on him. This seems like a strange inconsistency that could be potentially dangerous?

You go to Demonbuddy -> Settings (arrow) -> Bot -> Edit Protected Bag Slots (button) and color the spots you want the bot to leave alone!

How is everyone handling blood shards right now? I don't see any working method for the bot to handle gambling at Kadala. I have just been checking it every hour or so to spend them but that is not ideal.

I use armoury at the moment, With the option to disable equipping of items at 70..

Works very well, Every 125 shards it will gamble what ever your settings are.

Hrm this is a good point- This is a potential way for blizzard to identify botters.

Thank you for this suggestion - This should work well until they find a fix for this.

That's weird. I have the latest armory and it isn't working. Maybe after a restart it will wake up. Will fiddle with it some more.

Hi, all,

We've opened bug report DB-60 against this issue to have it investigated. MANY thanks for reporting it!

cheers,

And the same about 60 gph, same about instant leave, same about gearswap.. Same about a lot of stuff yet no link between these types of functions and and bans has been found ever.

Instant leave is def sketchy as fuck

As just because they don't use them doesn't mean they couldn't potentially. Its just something that should be fixed.

I suggest you do some research-

The only times the buddy bots have been detected (both Demonbuddy and Exilebuddy) have been because the bots where doing something a human can not do (ie opening a rift with out having them in your bag)

(for clarification it wasn't the program that was detected-it was the action that wasn't possible in game with out a 3rd party application)

Both the ban-waves (yes the real ones, That the buddy team confirmed) on both bots, where a direct result from this.... Just go to the archive post to look this up.

bots doing things that cant happen in game is HUGE risk hence why a dev has reposted to this post..

Non the less- Thank you to the Dev team for acknowledging this and hoping for a quick fix.
