Rift Bot - Yet Another Rifting Profile!

Well pretty flustered atm and reverted to compilation 0.8 since I didn't have as many issues. With 0.9 and the new trinity/quest tools I noticed several "mishaps". Firstly the Bot wouldn't salvage rares, all it would do is teleport back to town and sit there once its inventory was full/nearing capacity (trinity log shows it attempting to xxxxx [salvage] xxxx-is the item name) the log then continues to do that command over and over repeating itself for paragraphs doing nothing. I noticed the Bot also has a tendency to stop in the middle of nowhere not doing much if anything while trinity log shows nothing is happening and the gold inactivity timer not working. This is with 0.9 mind you (the version you accidentally released with a db key lol). When I reverted back to 0.8 compilation it was smooth sailing. I'll post the logs tomorrow but I'm on the bed atm reading all your revisions. Keep up the great work though, with the 0.9 despite all the kinks when it worked the Bot seemed much more responsive than previous versions.

hmm, well now he did talk to tyreal!!

will do 10 games or so and see if he keeps talking with him!

can i add a wait timer before the bot close the current game, cos hes a bit fast to exit, i missed two rift keystones from the cache

Rift Bot compilation

Prerequisites
Download and install:
NOTE: This is VERY important! Can't stress this enough.
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Offline Installer) (REALLY important that you have the latest one!)
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable - 10.0.40219
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0.40219
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 and x64 Redistributables 11.0.61030 (Installers have the same filenames as the 2010 redistributables. Careful not to overwrite them.)

Here is a package I put together to make this profile work amazing. It includes the latest beta version of Demonbuddy (403) and the recommended versions of the plugins needed to make it work almost flawless.
Updated 5/5 08:18 CEST
Rift Bot Compilation v0.9

1. Unpack the zip to a folder of your choice. (Don't overwrite older files, unpack to a new clean folder.)
2. Start Diablo and login to your account so you get to your character screen else you will get an error in Demonbuddy.
3. Start Demonbuddy.exe
4. Insert your key to login
5. Click on the "Plugins" tab and enable QuestTools, Trinity and RiftBot. (GearSwap is optional) [If the plugins is unticked again after restarting Demonbuddy, just tick them one more time]
6. Exit Demonbuddy
7. Delete the "CompiledAssemblies" folder inside your Demonbuddy folder
8. Start Demonbuddy.exe
9. Click on the arrow next to the "Settings" button and enable "Open Loot containers" and "Open Chests". Loot Radius 100/Kill Radius 80. Repair Durability to 25% to make it work correctly.
10. Choose your preferred difficulty under "Game Difficulty".
11. Save and Close.
12. Click on the "Plugins" tab. Click on "Trinity" then click the "Config" button.

Combat/Misc:
Trigger range for Elite Combat = 100
Trigger range for Trash Combat = 0
Minimum Trash Mob Pack Size = 5
Trash Pack Cluster Radius = 20
Disable"Force Kill Summoners"
Disable "Extend rash-kill range after combat
Set Treasure Goblins to Kamikaze (Decrease this option if the bot tries to walk through walls and over cliffs to get to him)
Enable "Attempt to avoid AOE" and "Kite to Avoid Death on Low HP"
Disable "Path Around AOE" and "Avoid Savage Beast Charge"

Objects
Container Open Range = 60 [30-40 if you're doing rifts]
Enable "Open Chests"

Advanced
"Enable Gold Inactivity" = 180

As for the rest of the settings in Trinity, set to your own preference. These settings help the bot do the rifts more smooth.

Important!
The profiles to use is inside the Profile folder. (DB folder)/Profiles/RiftBot [Don't use the profile files inside the data folder]
You have to keep the rift profile updated yourself. It will only be updated when I put out new packs and that's not often enough to always have the newest revision of the profile.

Everything is updated for best performance with this profile.

Compilation includes the following:
Demonbuddy Beta .403
Trinity 1.9
Quest Tools 2.0
GearSwap 1.0 (Not needed for this profile, but nice to have) [Thanks to borderjs' for letting me use this in the compilation]

Known Issues
  • If the bot gets stuck in town when delivering bounties or on a townrun - that is a Demonbuddy issue and nothing I can do about it. Go cry to the devs to make them fix this because this is gamebreaking
  • If the bot gets stuck when entering a new level - see reason above

Changelog:
Code:
  [B]v0.3[/B]

  [B]v0.9[/B]

Chose Trinity as your combat routine

Running newest versions of everything AFK for a total of about 15 hours now, no issues at all.

In fact, I came here to comment and say thanks for my brand new Julia's Cameo.

Which rev. Of profile you use?

I will only fix bounties issues when I come across any. If it does not work for you, use the community version. This project/thread is RIFT BOT.

Also, "This fucking bounty is not working! It does not take the portal to Izual!" means nothing to me. LOG!

I was botting just fine for 5 hours straight but all a sudden I just did an svn update and now my bounty act4 only profile is messed up. Can you help me with this? sorry to bother you

Btw you have no problems? What are you using?

i am sort of lost....

omg i apologize. I opened up a different db folder which had old data in it... Sorry!!!

yep i have this too

All of you nerds with problems with the up2date svn bounties.xml version please try this one and tell me if it works for you.. http://viking-empire.org/Bounties.xml (This also requires Trinity 1.9 + Questtools 2.0!)
