Backstory: I was a lifetimer from early Cata, I bought to take advantage of flying with Archaeology and such, and to support a product I liked a lot! I have a copy of a bank statement with my purchase, which includes a bunch of numbers, which MAY be some sort of authentication or purchase number. Not sure. I can post that IF necessary, but obviously if not, I'd prefer not to pass around copies of a bank statement on a forum board if I don't have to. Upon request, more than happy to PM it to you.
Anyways, I can login and everything, but it shows me as having no sessions, no purchase history, no expired keys/sessions, nothing.
I'm not really all that sure what to do? I emailed support, but if there is other stuff I can do to make the process less painful, I'd love to!
Even if its not possible to transfer the old lifetime sub over to the new system, much love to all you peoples.

EDIT: If it is relevant, my purchase date for the lifetime sub was 01/14/2011. Maybe that will shed some light on the issue. If not... disregard.
