Returning after long absences, my Product Key is being used in a different region.

Hi Support Team,

Not sure what to do.

I purchased Honorbuddy on 11/12/2011. Just downloaded again recently after 2 years of not using. Tells me i cannot connect to Asia Pacific because the key is being using in Europe so i connect to Europe and tells me all 3 of my sessions are being used.

Just looking for a little help.
