Returned - cant log in

Hi mods,

Ive just returned to WoW. Got the new version of HB and ready to go

Ive changed my password on the buddyauth site, however I cant seem to log into HB. It says invalid account details. I originally had a lifetime membership I believe.

Any help would be great!

They'll need your transaction ID as well as the email you purchased HB with.

Code, I tried that link. I reset my password, updated it... but still cant log in. Meaning im getting my username wrong? Odd!

go ahead and e-mail support then. make sure you include your transaction id that you used to buy and any other information you have so they can look you up.
