Absolutely. All Buddy products have a 7-day no questions asked refund policy. Bossland GmbH only wants satisfied customers, and literally no questions are asked. You're money will be returned, and your access to the Buddy product terminated.
To initiate the process, request a refund in the Payment Issues forum and supply your invoice number. The front office watches this forum daily for customer issues regarding payments, authorization, and access. They will process your request once it is seen.
Since Bossland GmbH uses a third-party order processing system, it may take a few days, but rest assured your money is on its way.
