retail error

i have a demonbudy bot but when i start it diablo 3 freezes and says ''retail error'' just shuts down ease help i didnt use anny

please try to use the English bot version , make clean install of the bot with it and contact us again including log file if you still face that issue ?

Now i saw the problem... The bot works on windows 10 only,not on windows 7 . You can either upgrade your machine and write to [email protected] , your key will get extended.
