Results of a full days botting

It appears I got stuck for quite a while, then unstuck. Even with that factored into GPH, here are my results running Core for an extended period.

[21:43:16.543 N] Number of games completed:274

[21:43:16.546 N] Current Gold per Hour: 280403

On this profile I've observed an average of 360k/hr over a few hours, and I had some disconnect error messages up "over" the game play when I got home, so I suspect there was something odd going on part of the day that caused the drop. The bot righted itself however, as it was functioning very well when I got home.

which db version are u using and what plugins?
and your stats including radius?

I'm curious of your stats as well because after the update today my GPH dropped less than 50-70k per hour. Was a huge loss. It's still over 200k which is okay, but I've not seen anything close to that number with sarkoth with 266% GF

The update today obviously was bad, but I was botting all day long so I didn't update, and when I got home and checked the forums I knew it was best not to update, so I'm still running the prior version.

As far as that Sarkath post goes, I haven't had any success there, but I didn't particularly dedicate myself to trying.. I didn't set Smoke Screen properly for instance, so I died at least once in the 10 minutes I tried him. However, I'd really like to be able to do Sarkath because the potential when factoring in drops is so much higher.

Using the second most recent version of DB (the one from before tonights update)

Profile: Sarkoth farm profile modified by boltron
Plugins: Sarkoth Kill Wait, Unstucker
Combat Routine: Mammon, Prince of Greed
Item Rules: Keep Legendary, loot & sell everything else (sometimes run the salvage ruleset but it drops GPH a bit)
Settings: Kill Radius 45 (any higher and furious charge glitches in doorway), Loot Radius 60, Reapir Durability 10
Char Stats: Str 1250 ish, Vit 1000 ish, GF 270 ish, Mov Speed 0, Radius 0, Armor around 6k, DPS 25k+
Char Skills: LC:Frenzy+Sidearm, RC:Revenge+Provo, 1:FuriousCharge+BatteringRam 2:AncientSpear+DreadSpear 3:Warcry+Charge 4:Sprint+Marathon
Enchantress Skills: Charm, PA, Disorient, FM.

If there are any barbs wanting to try this or confused about my stats / build (lack of MS / radius) just ask and I will explain how / why I use my setup.
 
What is? I'm levelling a new DH as we speak to be pure good farm. Should I actually be doing barb??

Please explain how/why! :) your GPH is soo damn sexy

Did you have to spend a lot of gold on your gear?
 
i am currently testing this on my barb with only 276%GF and really low str and health - only doing 8.9k dps but its going really well - will report after 12-15 games

IMO, DH is the better class in general. While a barb might be moving really quick, we have vault and the like.

Ultimately, DH is a better farmer, as it's just a stronger class all around. Anything but Sarkoth and you'll see the barb start to drop a lot, since their kill potential is significantly lower.

My half ass geared DH is running 200% GF, 15% Movement Speed and still is sitting at 30k-ish DPS, without Sharpshooter.
