Restarting bot clears the Quest log

Yo,

Thought i went crazy last night.

Saw 11 quests completed on my log, and all ? marks on my map.

I restarted the bot and all where gone, no quests no more in my log and nothing on map.

i went like O.o

thought i was crazy, but this morning, taking the training quest on panda, and a server restart made
me log off before i completed it, after it came back on, quest log empty again, and training quest
needed to be taken again...

i mean...for real?

So every time when i use arelog, the bot relogs, it needs to re-take all quests?

/facepalm, since i didnt read about it before... and no one complained?

get this sorted plz...
 
I believe it is just you mate, haven't seen anyone else say about this.
First up the Dev need your log to help you, posting that will get you help faster.
Second you may want to just try reinstalling the bot (may fix it and will be faster then waiting on a dev)

but yeah without a log all the devs can say is please post a log, if your not sure how to do that look in the guides section there is a nice how to in there.
 
hmm sorry you will need to grab someone more adapt at reading the logs (still learning sorry)
Sorry i can't be of any more help but i hope you get it sorted soon.
 
i could post all i want here now, it wouldnt matter.

all i can say is that it is not the profile, since it is deleting the training quests aswell, and that
was on lazyraider with blank profile. I used this profile 100's of times before, its kicks friggin package.

Now the bot is updated and i am not allowed to stop / relog or whatever? A dc and i lose all quests?

this is a joke, for real!
 
Are you using Kick's questing profile?

If so, the profile has a macro to clear your quest log, before it moves on to the next zone.

It is only a problem when you are restarting the bot and you have leveled past those quests in the profile. Safest thing to do is hand in all quest before you restart the profile.
 
I'm having the same issue on my 66 shaman in the outlands. earlier in leveling (classic content 1-58), i could start/stop the bot whenever i wanted and it would just resume from the last stop. Now if I stop it to manually do something and hit start again, it says it's compiling quest and removes everything. I was pissed the other night I had about 12 quests completed when it first happened and it reset and did all the quests over again when it then crashed and upon restart of HB it cleared them... grr.
