Reset my password on buddy auth, the password it gave me is wrong

i requested new password, and the password i was given to my email is wrong, need it working to get my key back

how comes that you are loosing your key every 3 days or so?

I keep having problems with my computer, its old and runs rather slow, and lately i have been trying to fix and and keep doing full destructive resets and it deletes everything on my pc.
and i haven't wrote my key down.
