Requesting help with creating HB profiles

Fixed: I set the max level to 85 rather than 86

I've uploaded the profile I attempted to create in the attachment. Basically it's a skinning / grinding profile for Rugged Leather found off creatures in Blasted Lands near the dark portal, and I followed a youtube guide. After loading it on my HB and trying it out, it just says "This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character!"

Could someone take a look and let me know what and where I did something wrong? Thanks

Change max level from 85 to 86 - this is the level that it stops at, not the level that it stops after.
