Requesting help to create a grinding profile for lovely charms in Scarlet Monastery

Hello. I wish to farm Lovely Charms inside Scarlet Monastery, it is based on pulling the mobs without destroying the "Pile of corpses" and then stand in one spot while the zombies just keeps respawning over and over, and your character simply stands there doing AoE every now and then in one spot.

This spot was hotfixed already, there is a thread about it on reddit's wow sub where a GM was contacted in regards to this farm.
