Is it posible to write a walking Profile?

I Need a Profile from Uldum to Stranglethorn like: Use Hearstone to SW, go out of building, mount up an fly to nothern stranglethorn

And Back like: From Nothern Stranglethorn to SW, Use Portal

Can somebody help me?
