is there a plugin where in i can view the stats of my unidentified rares/legends anytime ? if not please make one

Not possible... as far as I know.

chances are if its unidentified then the game dosnt have the data to show you. and if you cant see it in game, we wouldnt support it anyway, since we dont make hacks.
