Request: Update Item rules

It seems my bot is picking up lots of stuff now that just aren't worth anything. I think this is because the market is shifting to higher level gear. Mediocre items are worthless now. I hope someone with an understanding of giles' system will update the rules or post what edits they have made.

I have made a few edits to the numbers but its not enough, and I am afraid I may be making it worse X(
