request to add RB shop

Heavensward has been out for a few months now, and because people have no incentive to make routines. We have no top tier end game routines available for people to purchase. I have a question for the higher ups in this forum. If Rebornbuddy doesn't have a shop to purchase routines, profiles, plugins etc, and people are not allowed to promote their own work to make some cash on this forum, then how does anyone expect this community to grow? Many users including myself are willing to pay for quality routines, but because Community Devs in this forum have no incentive to make such products. We have very little to no quality level 60 routines.

In no way am i trying to start an uproar, I have been a long time user of buddy products as you can see. But many times over the last 2 years I have seen Devs start routine projects, and not want to finish because there is nothing really in it for them. And Rightfully so.
 
The community and developers are doing just fine with an RB store in my view.
 
Would want to see a store too. Not just the store actually, but a completely updated RB. DirectX11 support, flying support, etc. It seems like FF14 runs smoother on 64bit due to minimum CPU bottlenecking.
Make that possible, and I would gladly pay lifetime again.
 
Halali remove that right now - you will get an infraction from chinajade faster than you can write an orderbot profile

@throne - agreed, I probably would pay for that too but atm the community is doing a great job of making up for lack of functionality in the product. ExMatt has largely broken the back of flying even though there is some time to go.

I am generally talking about combat routines. Not just a few plugins, and some profiles. I am in the community skype so I know about the other "options' out there. None of them have anything I need. Having a RB store would open things up to the entire community, instead of having to secretly obtain these options through other means. The fact is, there is not a whole lot of extra routines and plugins out there for the community. With the bot being out for 2 years or so give or take, more things could be available if a shop was in place
 
the fact that these devs of RB hate and can't find a way to work with freelancer devs like Saga and few more others, we are not likely to see anything in the store. And likely that they don't want to share profit. So...don't hope to see anything from the RB store anytime soon, the only ones that are working really hard right now as far as I can see are ExMatt, Entrax, y2crazy and a few more I can't remember, but other than that, the main devs of RB are lazy and they already got your money since you bought the bot, so...not likely that they are going to put much effort into anything soon. Just keep donating and supports freelance devs like Exmatt and others and we should have more quality stuffs coming out faster than waiting around for official RB to develop stuffs or put up on RB store. I agree broadly but the fact is RB is still the best product out there on the market at this price point. Even with mastahg alone he's still got the best bot out there for a one-time single fee....but we digress. In the absence of a store, hopefully people like ExMatt/Entrax/Y2k do continue and donations are enough to keep them going because at the moment they are all going above and beyond in terms of developing content.

you should remove those 2 others bots name before you get a strike on that account trust me. Even when i was advertise (no link just the way to find it) for the plugin that WORKS with RBBUDDY i still got a strike. Unreal...

This debate has been had before:

Rebornbuddy Store

It's not ever going to happen and at this point, even if it did...there would be few people willing to put up with Bossland and the way they run the Buddy Store. 60 cents on the dollar isn't worth my time and most other people's time as well....especially when there's no guarantee that the day after you release something it won't get changed to 50 cents on the dollar.

The sad thing right now is the lack of new functionality that has been released for this bot from the Buddy Team. I know that Mastahg has said he's been having health issues, and for that I truly do hope he gets well soon. The sad part is that it's still 1 developer on this bot. I honestly can't think of a single piece of new functionality that has added to RB since the release of Heavensward. And no, I don't think the shitty Kupo CR's addition of AST/DRK/MCH counts. Let's hope Mastahg starts feeling better soon and hope even more that he'll actually start implementing new features that we want.

I lol'ed so hard. First he would have to stop telling us what he thinks is important and start listening to actual players so he can get a good idea on what's truly important. According to him, things like crafting and fishing aren't big deals, but dat Kupo man..."Kupo got some love" lmao.
 
Lol puh-lease - see the development update thread. He's been working on a solution for flying and just isnt there yet!
 
lol the only one working on flying right now is ExMatt. He deserved some support from us, the community, donate if you can for him, and he will improve his flying even better and faster than the official one. Even when the official got release, I bet it will just be a half ass broken flying mechanic that will not work 90% of the time and will sit there waiting for months to fix and improve.
 
i have to say i am in agreement the store will lead to better profiles plugins and routines because developers will be paid for their work right now there is some stuff but to be honest it is lackluster at best
